Happy Easter

We had a wonderful relaxing day!

Coloring More Eggs

We did several more dozens of eggs. They got to sponge paint on them and of course that resulted in more Yoshi eggs. I remember buying this one before and vowing to never buy again, lol. Once the eggs are back out of the frig, they become very sticky when trying to peel the shell off.

And then they each got to do a set of emoji eggs. They got a kick out of these!

Egg Hunt

We got to see the skydiving bunny again this year. The boys had a great time in the bounce houses, picking up eggs and playing some games.

Legoland

Our last day in Florida was spent at Legoland. To say the boys loved it here was an understatement and I am not even talking about the park. They were completely thrilled to just hang out at the hotel. There were legos everywhere in the lobby. They got to participate in a lego event in the evening and got to keep the legos they built. We cut the afternoon short in the park and went to hang out in the hotel pool. There were floating legos to play and build with. Macen has already requested we stay 2 nights the next time, lol.

We all got soaked on this one and it was so much fun! With 86 degree weather, we all dried quickly. I sat the second round out so I could get some pics. James and Macen rode a pirate version of this one in Germany.

We got Macen on some more roller coasters here and there were some he refused to go on. He really branched out and that thrilled all of us. I think we discovered (or confirmed even more) Maddox is our dare devil. He didn't hesitate to go on any rides with James. There was even one that he wasn't tall enough for and he cried while sitting it out. He even said "I would love that ride".

Magic Kingdom

Our last day was spent at Magic Kingdom.  There were a lot more rides at this park so we tried to get in as many as we could. In doing so we, we forgot to see some more characters, forgot to walk through the castle and forgot to watch the parade, lol. The rides were a lot of fun though and this just gives us another excuse to go back (other than all the new Star Wars stuff they are building). We did use all 3 of our Fastpasses at this park and ended up with another Fastpass from literally getting stuck on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. Macen has been afraid of roller coasters for years now and one of the Fastpasses was for the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. He reluctantly agreed to go on it and ended up really liking it.

Prior to leaving, we had been saving pennies and quarters to the do the penny press machines. Once we got there, we bought the books to hold them. The boys loved these! It was like a scavenger hunt at every park. They enjoyed hunting for the machines and picking their designs for each penny. This was a great souvenir for them to bring home.

We had a great time and I think all of us are looking forward to going back once all the Star Wars additions are done.
