Indiana

It is move time again. This is the 2nd longest place we have ever been and by far, has been my favorite. We have met some amazing people here. People we have been so grateful to have in our lives. With our move getting bumped up a month early, the boys' friends families rallied behind us and I will forever be grateful that they helped make the situation easier for us. And there is so much to do here and even within decent driving distance - hello, sand dunes! Definitely the hardest place to leave.

Baseball Ends

Macen's baseball season is cut short with our move. Tonight was his last game and what a great game it was. He played well and the team played well as a whole. What made the season even better was having two of his best friends on the team.

Indiana Space Cadettes Soccer Team

Maddox had another great soccer season. He ended up knowing most of the kids on his team and they really enjoyed playing together.

Last Day of Kindergarten

Maddox's last day of kindergarten was yesterday. We got sooo incredibly lucky with his teacher. I adore her and wish she could move up with him.

Last Day of 4th Grade

Yesterday was the last day of 4th grade for this guy.

J & J Williams Trucking Soccer Team

Another great season! The team worked really well together this season and there was such an improvement amongst them all. So happy we got to be a part of this soccer league for 6 sessions.

4th Grade Musical

We rushed from Macen's soccer game to his 4th grade musical the other night. Macen is down and to the left of the kid in purple.

Kindergarten Celebration

Cumberland kindergarteners put on a cute show as a way to say they "graduated".

Indianapolis Grand Prix

We went to Indy for the Grand Prix and it was pretty fun. We had a picnic lunch on the tailgate if the truck before heading in. The boys spent hours playing up and down the hill we were on. We sat in the  infield rather than the bleachers. We watched 2 races for the Grand Prix and so glad we experienced those. The speed for those races were a little slower than the final one so we were able to track the cars better. Several laps into the Grand Prix and there were constant cars which meant you were constantly moving your head from left to right to watch them. It may have made me nauseous, lol. Perfect weather, perfect day with the family!

Field Trip

I went on a field trip with Maddox's class to the Columbia Park Zoo. This was my little group and they were so fun! After exploring the zoo, the playground and a picnic lunch the class got to see a couple of animals up close and touch them. They all kept saying it was the best field trip ever.
