Maddox had a very busy month developmentally. Remember my last monthly post where I said he had pulled up to the stairs but hadn't figured out how to climb yet. Yeah, that lasted about a week. He's been climbing the stairs for a couple of weeks now and it's probably his favorite toy in the house, lol. So now Maddox is not only climbing stairs but pulling up to everything. As you can see in a picture below not everything withstands his pulling up. He was stuck on that dinosaur for a bit. He hasn't quite figured out that once he has pulled up he has to keep holding on either. So there is some tumbling and crying.
Maddox isn't a huge fan of the exersaucer since it keeps him contained. He wants to be free to roam. He has been like this since he started rolling everywhere he wanted to go. He's great about playing by himself as long as he is free. He's still doing great with the baby food and even going to town with chunks of squash, banana, carrots and kiwi so far with the self feeder. And he got a very special present on Valentines Day - his first tooth!
Macen is impatiently waiting for him to get big enough to wrestle with. He has taken to grabbing Maddox from behind and laying back on the floor with Maddox on top of him and eventually rolling off. Most of the time Maddox loves it until Macen doesn't want to let him go.
Another month gone by too fast but it has been amazing watching him develop so much these past few weeks.
