End of School

This school year ended very different so pictures were a little different. They are in their pj's because they have lived in them the last 2 months. iPads and notebook paper were all they needed to finish the year via online. We didn't do a structured schedule since James and I were still having to go to work. In fact, we did the minimum and all of us were more than ok with that. So thankful our school district was great with communication and expectations through all of this. 

I'm not sure who was more than ready to be done - me or them.

Throwback

With thick hair and not having it cut for months, we had the perfect opportunity to throw back to the 50's and 60's. Even he was slightly entertained by this photo shoot.

Happy 13th Birthday Macen!!

Wow! Officially a teenager!

We are currently under quarantine orders so other than some cake and ice cream at home it was a pretty simple day for him. He did want Chick-fil-a for dinner so we went through the drive thru and then to the open Kohls parking lot near by and ate it on the tailgate since the restaurant was closed. The boys kicked the soccer ball around a bit and then we headed home. We told Macen we would do something more once everything opened back up.

Macen is pretty laid back and go with the flow, funny and smart teen. We are so proud of him and who is becoming! Happy Birthday! We love you!
