Relax

A rare occurence these days. Fortnite has consumed their lives. I miss them doing this in front of the tv with just cartoons on. As we are closing in on a new soccer season and school year, this probably won't happen again for awhile.

Paintball Fight

I have been wanting these pictures for a couple years now but was waiting for Maddox to be old enough to enjoy it and partake enough. And then Michaels introduced Goblies (throwable paintballs) this past spring and I knew it was time! So much fun!

Great Wolf Lodge

We finally made it to the outdoor pool of Great Wolf Lodge. We've previously only been here in cold months.

They both got past the "logs" without using the rope above. They both apparently have good upper body strength because they both slid off the logs partially and was able to pull themselves back up to finish.

Maddox wanted a night at Great Wolf Lodge for his birthday so off we went. He had a blast and came home the next day exhausted.

Happy 7th Birthday Maddox!

This guy turned 7 and he was more than ready! The night before his birthday he asked me to sing the early birthday song. And first thing that next morning, he made sure we knew to sing happy birthday to him. He is our contradicting little spit fire with so many different facial expressions that entertains us always.

We love you Maddox!

Blue Wolves Tball

Maddox played his last tball game this week. Coach let them hit from coach pitching instead of the using the stand. Maddox was so thrilled and he whacked the ball both times he was up to hit. He was so happy and proud of himself. 

And then there was goofing off on the field.

Royals vs Cardinals

Branson, MO

We spent several days in Branson with James' family. Lots of cousin time and lots of memories for these guys. They got in some mini golf, go cart racing, bumper boats, hot tub time, sprinkler fun, water balloon fight and ice cream. On the way home, we stopped at Lamberts for some thrown rolls. Maddox loved it and caught three. And then he crashed on the way home from all the fun!

Of course he picked out the soccer golf ball at a baseball game.

There is not a place Macen wouldn't bust out his dance moves.

We were grateful to be sitting up high this time. We were in the shade on a 98 degree day and had a nice breeze.
