Coloring Eggs

We used several techniques since we had a big batch of eggs. They squirted liquid koolaid directly on some, did regular egg coloring and each made a Yoshi egg (from Mario Bros) with a sharpie.

Purdue Ball Kid

It was Macen's turn to be the ball kid for a game. He said it was cool to be on the court and he really got into whole game afterwards. 

The Children's Museum

The museum had some new features so we made a trip to Indy. The boys explored the Pirates and Princess room and really enjoyed the chocolate slide.

Purdue Area Track Club

Both boys got 1st place in the hurdles.

Both boys got 1st in the hurdles. Maddox got 2nd in the 55m dash and Macen got 4th. Both of them got 2nd in the 400m dash as well. Macen ended up running against his best friend Will and we weren't sure who took 2nd and 3rd until they got their ribbons. A pretty good way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

Disney Countdown

We started the boys on a countdown for DisneyWorld a few days ago. They have started to get excited!

And these arrived today. Making it even more real :)

Building with Candy

The boys haven't had any snow days yet but they did get a day off from school so we got creative. Macen did a great job creating a dog and Maddox said his was a sculpture that electrocutes.  

Basketball

Macen just wrapped up his basketball season. He has gained much more confidence since last year. He even managed to score some points the last several games.
