The boys got in some geocaching while here too. 

Happy 3rd Birthday Maddox!

Maddox loved his tracks throughout the house. He doesn't ever want to take them off he says.

He helped with his cake from making the mix to laying the tracks. He picked this cake out weeks ago and I think it has been the highlight of his day. He was out of the house when I finished it up with the trees he had requested. When he came home I got a "cool, mom" over and over. Success!

He picked going to Chuck E Cheese months ago and was so excited to finally get there. Both Macen and Maddox hit jackpots on their own and followed them up with victory dances. Mom and Dad had a pretty good time too.

Indianapolis Zoo

We spent our 13th anniversary taking in our 40th Hard Rock and the zoo. We had a perfect day!

The boys loved the splash pad.

We watched a dog show and a dolphin show. Macen thought it was pretty cool.

Maddox loved feeding the giraffe.

I have no words for this...except he is growing up.

Happy 4th of July!

 We headed to the Wabash River for some fireworks.

On a 2nd attempt at homemade ice cream, Maddox wasn't letting any of it go to waste.

We got in 2 nights of fireworks at home. The boys loved the smoke bombs and sparklers the most. The snakes aren't what James and I remember growing up so we'll have to stop getting them.
